These rules are a hoot. I don't remember doing a lot of jumping but I definitely went dancing. Who knew I was being reckless.
LOL! I know that I feel the treadle working my abs just a bit! Probably the same reason they tell women after surgery not to vacuum...it's more muscle strain than you think it is!
